Paula & Lucas

Originally from Catamarca, Argentina, Paula and Lucas began dancing together as teenagers and soon took the tango world by storm. In 2010, they won the Metropolitan Tango Championship, a milestone that launched them onto the international stage, including a celebrated tour with Miguel Ángel Zotto's Tango X2.

Their partnership is built on a shared vision of tango as both an art and a deeply human conversation between two people. Today, they are celebrated worldwide for performances that are at once elegant and deeply felt, and for a teaching approach that is as rigorous as it is accessible.

Their method weaves together technique, musicality, and the embrace, giving students not just steps, but a genuine understanding of how tango moves and breathes. Whether on stage or in the classroom, Paula and Lucas bring the same warmth, precision, and passion to everything they share.
